In this latest addition to their line, French chocolate maker Pralus has substituted coffee for cacao, and added an extra serving of cocoa butter. Rather than being cacao bean-based, this bar is coffee bean-based. This is a pure coffee chocolate bar made with fine arabica coffee, cocoa butter, and sugar. There is no milk added, so you'll find this to be a darker and more intense coffee flavored chocolate bar than most. They recommend trying it with a glass of milk on hand
